CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If the client wishes to cancel a tour for any reason, Earth Trails Eco-Adventures and Wilderness Tours will refund a percentage of the tour cost at the following rates: 

• Any cancellation on the part of the tour operator due to weather, not having the required number of persons for the tour will result in a new proposed tour date or 100% refund. 
• Any cancellation from the customer should be done five (5) days before the tour to receive 100% refund. 
• Any cancellation done after five (5) days before a tour will result in 50% refund. 
• Any cancellation done 48 hours or less before a tour will result in no refund. 

Please note for tour packages including inter regional or internal Guyanese airfares (Flight tickets are not subject to refund after 48 hours) this is the general policy of the Guyanese interregional Airlines and not Earth Trails Eco-Adventures and Wilderness Tours.
